Our Parent Partners Program is designed for parents by parents to empower, assure, enlighten, and support parents and caregivers by providing them with access to comprehensive resources, training, coaching, and parent education that builds upon their knowledge.
We know that the journey of parenting is not a one-size fits all – sometimes, in parenting, 1 + 1 doesn’t equal 2 and, crazy enough, it's the only job that doesn't come with a user-manual or handbook! That's why we partner with parents empowering them with tools to navigate this journey in the most positive ways.
We've carefully designed and tailored our program using a family-centered approach to provide you with practical tips and strategies that you can apply in your daily life. We understand that there are a ton of topics that parents scour the internet for answers, such as parenting styles, trauma-informed approaches, discipline, and positive communication; our program covers these topics and more, ensuring that you have the knowledge and tools to confidently navigate the challenges and savor the joys of parenting.
Our program is meant to enhance the relationship between parent and child, because we believe that when parents are equipped with the right tools and knowledge, they can create meaningful and lasting connections with their children. We want to uplift, inspire, and champion parents to become experts and advocates on the growth, progress, and developmental needs of their children by meeting them where they are and supporting their journey towards where they want to be.

Our Goals
The parent-partner program has proven to be wonderful initiative that aims to provide parents with the necessary tools and resources to help them navigate the early childhood learning and development journey. At the heart of our program is the belief that parents and caregivers are the most important people in a child's life. We understand that as a parent, you want the best for your child. That's why we view parents and caregivers as collaborative partners in their child's development. Our goal is to foster and cultivate a supportive and empowered parent-partner community.
Increase Parental Knowledge:
One of the primary goals of the parent-partner program is to increase parental knowledge about early childhood learning and development. This can be achieved through our 1:1 or group workshops & training sessions. You can also find additional support and resources that are designed to educate parents about the latest research and best practices for a parent-child relationship.
Foster Positive Parent-Child Relationship:
Another important goal of the parent-partner program is to help parents build positive relationships with their children. Through our interactive workshops and training sessions, we focus on effective communication, positive discipline, and other strategies that support parents in developing strong bonds with their children.
Improve Child Learning Outcomes:
We aim to improve child learning outcomes by providing parents with the resources and support they need to create a nurturing learning environment at home. This can be achieved through our workshops and training session on early literacy and numeracy, and other key areas of child development.
Encourage Parental Involvement:
We encourage parental involvement in their children's day-to-day learning and development through intentional and conscious interaction. We accomplish this through regular communication with parents, the provision of resources and activities that parents can do with their children at home, and other strategies that help parents become more engaged in their children's education.
Establish a Supportive Community:
Finally, the parent-partner program aims to establish a supportive community of parents who can share their experiences and learn from one another in our group workshops and trainings or our in-person parent-hub which are designed to help parents connect with one another and build a sense of community.
